EXHIBITION
The Commercial/Technical Exhibition will be held in the DHM 2012 venue Klinikum rechts der Isar, Hörsaal A Foyer, which has approximately 80 net sqm of flat-floor exhibition space available for the meeting and allows a wide variety of stand configuration including:

• Free built exhibit space EUR 500 per sqm
• Shell scheme space available on request

Refreshment points have been integrated into the exhibition area, maximising the time that delegates spend in this area. Waived registration fee for two exhibitors of the Company is offered. Minimum stand size is 6 sqm. For any additional 6 sqm another registration is included.

ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE
Space allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis, based on when the Exhibiton Space Reservation Form and payment are received. A completed Exhibition Space Reservation Form should be faxed or e-mailed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the Exhibition Space Reservation Form, space will be confirmed and the invoice will be mailed. Please click here for the Exhibition Space Reservation Form.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All Exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two exhibitor badges will be given for the first 6 sqm. For any additional 6 sqm another registration is included. Every exhibitor registration includes access to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks and the welcome reception. Any additional exhibitor will be charged a full registration fee. An exhibitor registration form will be included in the Exhibitors’ Technical Manual.
