Travel Grants

Notification of acceptance or rejection of your Travel Grant application will be sent to the corresponding author of the abstract by the beginning of March 2012.

Accepted Travel Grant application

A Travel Grant includes a free registration to this EAACI Focused Meeting and travel costs reimbursed up to EUR 300 against original receipts. These expenses will be reimbursed on site during the event. Hotel accommodation and taxi fares will not be refunded.

More details about the Travel Grants will be included in the Travel Grant notification letter.

Rejected Travel Grant application

If your abstract is accepted but your Travel Grant application is not approved, you must still register online and pay the registration fee before the end of February 2012. Otherwise your abstract will be cancelled from all publications.
